After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Maplewood, Conneaut Area was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the Union City Bears by a score of 2-0. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Bears recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Conneaut Area's victory bumped their record up to 13-7-1. As for Union City, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-5.

Coming up, Conneaut Area will take on Saegertown in a tournament on Saturday. As for Union City, they will square off against Girard at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
