Oak Glen extends road losing streak to six

Recap: Oak Glen Golden Bears vs. Toronto Red Knights

After flying high against the Wellsville Tigers last Saturday, the Oak Glen Golden Bears came back down to earth. Oak Glen took a serious blow against the Red Knights on Tuesday, falling 62-34. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Oak Glen has scored all season.

Several Golden Bears players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Alex Dennis, who scored eight points. Another player making a difference was Tyler Evans, who scored eight points.

Oak Glen dropped their record down to 5-11 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Toronto, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 13-4.

Oak Glen will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Beavers at 7:30 p.m. Beaver and the Golden Bears are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. As for Toronto, they will head out on the road to square off against the Redskins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Indian Creek is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.
