Ocean Township won the last time they faced Freehold Boro and things went their way on Friday too. The Spartans breezed past the Colonials to the tune of 42-13. That 29 point margin sets a new team best for the Spartans this season.

Loss or not, Freehold Boro got some senior leadership from Damier Lester and Julian Isaacs. Lester rushed for 75 yards and one touchdown, while Isaacs rushed for 50 yards and one TD.all of that, rushing production came thanks to one massive run

Ocean Township now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Freehold Boro, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4.

Looking ahead, Ocean Township will square off against Red Bank Regional at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bucs will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Spartans surely won't give up without a fight. As for Freehold Boro, they will face off against Colts Neck at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
