Franklin was not the first on the board on Monday, but they got there more often. They skirted past the Tuscola Mountaineers 3-2. Franklin have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Tuscola, too.

Franklin's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2-1 and their overall record up to 4-6-2. As for Tuscola, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6-1 record this season.
