Perry Central never let their opponents score on Monday. They put the hurt on the Tell City Marksmen with a sharp 7-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Commodores, who have now won three contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Perry Central and bumps their season record up to 3-4. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Tell City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Looking ahead, Perry Central will head out on the road to take on South Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
