King & Queen Central had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Colonial Beach Drifters, falling 17-0. The loss continues a trend for the Royal Tigers in their meetings with the Drifters: they've now lost five in a row.

The victory got Colonial Beach back to even at 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. King & Queen Central will challenge Lancaster at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Colonial Beach, they will square off against King & Queen Central at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
