Basketball Recap: Port Gibson's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

Port Gibson was the 43-42 winner over Franklin County when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Port Gibson Blue Waves received a blow on Thursday as they fell 61-46 to the Franklin County Bulldogs. The Blue Waves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Port Gibson's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-16. As for Franklin County, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-12.

As of now, neither Port Gibson nor Franklin County have any future games scheduled.
