Tahlequah had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the five-goal drubbing they dealt Midwest City on Friday. The Tigers' defense stepped up to hand the Bombers a 5-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Tahlequah, who have now won four matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Tahlequah is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those seven games. As for Midwest City, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.
