Volleyball Preview: Hillhouse Academics vs. Foran Lions        
        
		
             Hillhouse is 0-10 against Foran since October of 2016 but things could change  on Friday. The Hillhouse Academics have the luxury  of staying home for another  game and will welcome the Foran Lions at 5:30  p.m.
 Hillhouse lost  3-0 to Wilbur Cross on Friday.
 Hillhouse was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the  first set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-11,  25-13.
 Meanwhile, Foran beat Wilbur Cross 3-1  on Monday.
 If you add up the scores from across all four sets (88-86) Foran actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 11-25, 25-22,  25-19.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Foran to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Nyah Boromei, who  had 15  digs and three  aces. Boromei is also on a roll when it comes to  assists, as she's  now  posted 12 or more in the last 16 games she's  played dating back to last season.  Gracie Brooks was another key player,  getting 13  kills, eight  digs,  and three  aces.
 Hillhouse's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Foran, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won eight of their last nine matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record  this season.
