Softball Recap: Turner Ashby Extends Winning Streak to Four

Turner Ashby came tearing into Monday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the East Rockingham Eagles 9-3. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Knights also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Turner Ashby's record is now 9-4. As for East Rockingham, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-3.

Coincidentally, Turner Ashby and East Rockingham will both be playing Harrisonburg the next time they take the field. The Eagles will host the Blue Streaks at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Knights will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
