Bolton Central and Keene Central are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2019, but not for long. The Bolton Central Eagles will square off against the Keene Central Beavers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Bolton Central is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed by Crown Point to the tune of 82-42 on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Bolton Central found their leader in sophomore Jaxon Egloff, who went 8 of 15 on his way to 21 points. Egloff's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sullivan Eager, who went 6 for 8 on his way to 12 points.
Meanwhile, everything went Keene Central's way against Lake Placid on Thursday as Keene Central made off with a 63-38 victory. The game marked the Beavers' most dominant win of the season so far.
Bolton Central better focus on containing Vann Morrelli and Peter Robjent as the pair were huge in Keene Central's win. Morrelli dropped a double-double on 19 points and 14 rebounds, while Robjent dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds. Morrelli has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last five times he's played. Brayden Harmer was another key player, going 5 of 8 on his way to 12 points and three blocks.
Keene Central was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
Keene Central pushed their record up to 5-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.4 points per game. As for Bolton Central, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as Bolton Central and Keene Central are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Bolton Central hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 64 points per game. However, it's not like Keene Central struggles in that department as they've been averaging 55.4 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
Bolton Central was able to grind out a solid victory over Keene Central in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, winning 59-48. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bolton Central since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
