Soccer Game Preview: Windsor Academy vs. First Preparatory Christian Academy

The Windsor Academy Knights will square off against the First Preparatory Christian Academy Highlanders at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Windsor Academy will be strutting in after a victory while First Preparatory Christian Academy will be coming in after a defeat.

Windsor Academy's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They came out on top against Vidalia Heritage Academy by a score of 2-0. The win was some much needed relief for the Knights as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Cameron Hunter and Ella Harper scored both of Windsor Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Meanwhile, First Preparatory Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 4-0 to Georgia Christian. While losing is never fun, the Highlanders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 243rd, while the Generals are ranked 23rd).

Windsor Academy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for First Preparatory Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Windsor Academy might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from First Preparatory Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in March of 2024.
