Soccer Recap: Chestnut Ridge Takes a Loss

Chestnut Ridge managed to keep up with Richland until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Lions came up short against the Rams, falling 3-0. Chestnut Ridge haven't had much luck with Richland recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Chestnut Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Richland, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Chestnut Ridge is set to face off against their familiar foe Bishop Guilfoyle at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Richland will challenge rival Tyrone at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
