Volleyball Recap: Bell Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Bell lost against Jackson-Reed back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Griffins fell 2-0 to the Tigers.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Jackson-Reed to victory, but perhaps none more so than Layla Hernandez, who had five digs and three aces. Those three aces gave Hernandez a new career-high.

Bell's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Jackson-Reed, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Looking ahead, Bell will welcome Sidwell Friends at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Jackson-Reed, they are taking a road trip to face off against Cardozo at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
