Volleyball Recap: Norway Takes a Loss

Norway lost against North Dickinson back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Knights took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Nordics. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The 3-1 doesn't really show just how close this match was: all the sets Norway lost were decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 26-24, 17-25, 25-23, 26-24.

Norway's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for North Dickinson, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Norway will head out to face off against Iron Mountain at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, North Dickinson and Rapid River will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
