Baseball Recap: Whitman Vikings vs. Quince Orchard Cougars
With a playoff game on the line, Whitman rose to the challenge on Thursday. They walked away with a 5-1 victory over the Quince Orchard Cougars. The win made it back-to-back victories for Whitman.
Wells Twining looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive pitching appearances.
