Football Recap: Tornillo Falls to Van Horn in First Game of Season

Tornillo kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They were outmatched by the Van Horn Eagles and fell 55-0. The Coyotes haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tornillo will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Non Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th. As for Van Horn, they will take on Jal at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
