Turner had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Clinton Cougars. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Turner's got stronger as the match went on, holding Clinton to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-21, 25-16.

Maryn Waite and London Winch certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Waite had 15 assists and seven digs, while Winch had five digs and one assist.

Turner's victory bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Clinton, they dropped their record down to 4-14 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Turner has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Brodhead on the 9th. As for Clinton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Edgerton on the 9th.
