Volleyball Recap: Robert C. Byrd Comes Up Short

If Robert C. Byrd was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Elkins last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles fell just short of the Bridgeport Indians by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Indians this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-0 defeat back in October.

Robert C. Byrd's loss dropped their record down to 14-16. As for Bridgeport, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 31-11-5.

As of now, neither Robert C. Byrd nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
