Soccer Recap: Catonsville Takes a Loss

Catonsville lost against Towson back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Comets fell just short of the Generals by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that Catonsville have lost by just one goal.

Catonsville has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-8-1 record this season. As for Towson, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2-1 record this season.

Catonsville didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 6-1 victory against Saint James on the 14th. As for Towson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against City College on the 15th.
