Volleyball Recap: Saint John Paul the Great Catholic's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

Saint John Paul the Great Catholic was the 3-2 winner over Trinity Christian when they last played one another back in October of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolves fell 3-1 to the Gryphons on Thursday. The loss put an end to the Wolves' undefeated start to the season.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-13, 21-25, 25-19.

Having lost for the first time this season, Saint John Paul the Great Catholic fell to 5-1. As for Trinity Christian, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Saint John Paul the Great Catholic will head out to take on Oakcrest at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trinity Christian, they will venture away from home to square off against Potomac School at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
