Baseball Game Preview: Oroville Tigers vs. Live Oak Lions

For the second straight game, Oroville will face off against Live Oak. The Tigers will be playing at home against the Lions at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Oroville's hitters haven't had much luck over their past four matchups, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

It was a proper cat-fight when Oroville took on Live Oak on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Lions, falling 11-1.

For Live Oak's part, they got a massive performance out of Kaden Lee, who went 3-for-4 with four RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most RBI Lee has posted since back in March. Tanner Tillotson was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

Live Oak was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .407. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

With the win, Live Oak broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-8. As for Oroville, their loss dropped their record down to 3-13.
