Volleyball Recap: Hellgate Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Hellgate, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Great Falls Bison on Saturday. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Bison recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Hellgate never let Great Falls on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-19.

Cady Schneider paced Hellgate's offense, picking up six kills. Schneider got some help from Bayley Walker and her 13 assists. Schneider was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Hellgate's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Great Falls, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-16.

Hellgate didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Bozeman on the 4th. As for Great Falls, after both having extra time off, they and Billings Senior will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
