Basketball Recap: Grace Christian Comes Up Short

Grace Christian suffered their biggest defeat since December 14, 2024 on Saturday. They were outmatched by the Blue Ridge Christian Bears and fell 37-9. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Warriors' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Aubrey Greenmun was Grace Christian's leading scorer, having posted five points. Greenmun also led the team in rebounds with ten.

Grace Christian's loss dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Blue Ridge Christian, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 18-2.

Looking ahead, Grace Christian will take on Dayspring Christian Academy in a tournament on Tuesday. Dayspring Christian Academy's defense has only allowed 29.2 points per game this season, so Grace Christian's offense will have their work cut out for them. Blue Ridge Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
