Leading Brighton Charter to victory were Jadyn Mark and Dylan Mastrapasqua. Mark scored 15 points, while Mastrapasqua scored 14 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Mastrapasqua has scored at least 25% of Brighton Charter's points. Another player making a difference was Jaziel Nunez, who scored nine points.
Brighton Charter's win ended a eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-4. As for Phoenix School of Academic Excellence, they bumped their record down to 2-5 with that loss, which was their third straight at home.
