Volleyball Recap: Bishop Guertin Wins High-Profile Contest Against Farmington

Bishop Guertin faced Farmington in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Cardinals blew past the Tigers 3-0. The victory was some much needed relief for the Cardinals as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Bishop Guertin's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Farmington, they are on a 21-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Coming up, Bishop Guertin will be playing at home against Goffstown at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Farmington, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Winnacunnet on the 8th.
