Lloyd Memorial never let their opponents score on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Newport Wildcats as they made off with a 16-0 win. Considering the Juggernauts have won six matches by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory (which was Lloyd Memorial's fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-8-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Newport, their loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-12.

Lloyd Memorial wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 14-0 victory against St. Henry on the 30th. As for Newport, they have also already played their next contest, a 16-1 defeat against Holmes on the 30th.
