Lyons had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They put the hurt on the Clyde-Savannah Golden Eagles with a sharp 3-0 win. The Lions not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 9th (when they won 3-0).

Lyons' got stronger as the match went on, holding Clyde-Savannah to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-15, 25-14.

Keira Weber paced Lyons' offense, picking up 15 kills. Weber got some help from Kamryn Bonnell and her 29 assists. Weber was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Lyons' victory bumped their record up to 19-4-3. As for Clyde-Savannah, their loss ended a seven-match streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-4.
