Volleyball Recap: Providence Hall Takes a Loss

Providence Hall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against the Freedom Prep Academy Eagles, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-5, 25-14.

Providence Hall's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Freedom Prep Academy, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-8.

Coming up, Providence Hall will be playing at home against Judge Memorial Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Patriots are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Freedom Prep Academy, they will host Rockwell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
