Softball Recap: Kewaunee Takes a Loss

Kewaunee entered their match against Algoma on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Storm came up short against the Wolves, falling 11-2. The Storm were not able to make up for their loss to the Wolves from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Kewaunee's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Algoma, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 9-4.

Kewaunee didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Sevastopol on the 29th. As for Algoma, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 18-0 victory against Sturgeon Bay on the 29th.
