Volleyball Recap: Clarksville Comes Up Short

Clarksville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Central Springs Panthers. If the Indians were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Panthers when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Clarksville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Central Springs, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-7.

Clarksville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Lake Mills on the 13th. As for Central Springs, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Rockford on the 13th.
