Basketball Recap: Fairfield Wins Going Away Against Peebles

Fairfield lost to Peebles back in November of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Fairfield Lions blew past the Peebles Indians 61-35.

Fairfield's victory bumped their record up to 4-12. As for Peebles, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fairfield will head out to square off against Westfall at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Peebles, they are taking a road trip to take on Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Peebles surely won't give up without a fight.
