Lubbock Christian entered their tilt with Lockney on Tuesday with nine consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with ten. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Longhorns. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won 16 contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Lubbock Christian pushed their record up to 21-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.1 runs over those games. As for Lockney, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season.
