Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jones). Everything went their way against the Orr Spartans on Thursday as the Jones Eagles made off with a 61-38 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

When it comes to explaining why Orr lost, don't look at Cyrus Westbrooks. Despite the final result, he posted eight points and eight rebounds. Those eight boards gave Westbrooks a new career-high.

Jones' victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Orr, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-2.

Jones will host Holy Trinity at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Jones has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Orr, they will head out on the road to take on Manley at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
