Trebian Suggs was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 200 yards on 25 carries as Pine Forest fell to the Panthers. Reid Gilliland also contributed to the rushing game with 43 yards on the ground.

Washington's Clay Hinton and Michael Thomas have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Hinton has thrown for 676 yards this season, while Thomas, a 5-foot-8 receiver, has 15 catches for 247 yards. Suggs from Jerry Pollard's team leads the league in rushing with 1121 yards.

Mickey Lindsey's team's Curry is a mere 38 yards away from breaking the 1,000-rushing-yards mark for the season. Curry has rushed for 962 yards on 146 carries so far this year.

A big matchup in 6A District 1 this week will be when Milton takes on the Eagles. At the moment, the Panthers are in third, while Pine Forest is in first.

The Eagles extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating the Gators, 21-3. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.
