Basketball Recap: Knob Noster's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Knob Noster came into Saturday's match having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They strolled past the Leeton Bulldogs with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 65-49. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 39-35 back in December of 2024.

Knob Noster now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Leeton, they moved to 6-10 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Knob Noster is taking a road trip to face off against Lexington at 6:30 p.m. on February 3rd. As for Leeton, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bunceton/Otterville at 5:30 p.m. on February 5th.
