Soccer Recap: Lake George Now 8-1 over Last Nine Games

Lake George kept a clean sheet against Chatham on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Panthers 1-0. That's two games straight that Lake George have won by just one goal.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Piper Brown, who's now up to eight this season.

Lake George has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those nine matches. As for Chatham, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 7-5 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Lake George will square off against Corinth at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chatham, they will face off against Greenville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
