Basketball Game Preview: University School Preppers vs. Nordonia Knights

The University School Preppers will take on the Nordonia Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, University School was able to grind out a solid win over Geneva, taking the game 64-53. Given the Preppers' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 161st, while the Eagles are ranked 447th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Nordonia had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Black Tigers by a score of 53-45.

University School's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 14-8. As for Nordonia, their win bumped their record up to 13-9.
