In other batting news, John Paul the Great Academy got a massive performance out of Luke Salvatierra, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Christopher Credeur was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

John Paul the Great Academy now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool, their loss dropped their record down to 9-4.
