Volleyball Recap: Kent County Trojans vs. Queen Anne's County Lions
Kent County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Queen Anne's County Lions. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2017.
After all that action, the final score was 25-11, 25-7, 25-12.
Queen Anne's County can attribute much of their success to Taylor Jones, who had six aces.
Kent County's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Queen Anne's County, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Kent County will take on North Dorchester on Monday. As for Queen Anne's County, they will challenge North Caroline at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
