After taking the lead on a touchdown run by Woodcock in the first quarter, the Rangers were up 21-0 at the half.
Nordhoff expanded its lead to 42 points entering the fourth quarter. NHS scored three times in the third, including once on a Woodcock touchdown run.
The Ojai school came into the game allowing 9.3 points per game. Verbum Dei's zero points were well below their season average of 38.4 per game.
The loss comes after Verbum Dei defeated Bishop Montgomery 38-31 last week. The loss ended Verbum Dei's three-game winning streak. The win brought Nordhoff's winning streak to four games.
