Basketball Recap: Fossil Ridge Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Fossil Ridge kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against the Riverdale Ridge Ravens, falling 55-33. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the SaberCats of the 58-42 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2024.

Brihanna Crittendon had an outrageously good game for Riverdale Ridge as she dropped a double-double with 30 points and 11 rebounds. The game was Crittendon's 18th in a row with at least 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Chloe Parker, who posted nine points along with six boards and six steals.

Fossil Ridge has already played their next matchup, a 77-52 defeat against Columbine on the 5th. As for Riverdale Ridge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 70-17 victory against Poudre on the 5th.
