Baseball Game Preview: Buffalo Bison vs. Fairfield Eagles

Buffalo is 0-8 against Fairfield since March of 2021 but things could change on Friday. The Buffalo Bison are taking a road trip to square off against the Fairfield Eagles at 7:00 p.m.

Buffalo is headed into the match having just suffered their biggest loss since March 1, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 10-3 to Mexia.

Meanwhile, Fairfield had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They came out on top against the Hornets by a score of 7-3.

Buffalo's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Fairfield, their win bumped their record up to 7-2.

Buffalo might still be hurting after the 11-0 loss they got from Fairfield in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Can Buffalo avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
