Basketball Recap: Gospel Light Christian Comes Up Short

Gospel Light Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 51-48 heartbreaker at the hands of the Garland Christian Academy Swords.

Gospel Light Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Garland Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.

Coming up, Gospel Light Christian will take on Liberty Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Garland Christian Academy, they will challenge Wylie Prep Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
