Suitland came out on top against Bowie on Saturday thanks in part to Anthony Boyd Jr.'s efforts. Boyd Jr. rushed for 35 yards and one TD, and also threw for 137 yards on nine of 15 attempts. The performance marked the most passing yards he has had since back in September of 2024.

Boyd Jr. and Suitland will square off against DuVal at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. The Rams got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Tigers thanks in part to Boyd Jr.: he threw for 103 yards and three touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, and also rushed for 42 yards.
