Basketball Recap: Castro Valley Comes Up Short

Castro Valley won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Wednesday. They were beaten by the Alameda Hornets 90-54. The Trojans have struggled against the Hornets recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Castro Valley's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Alameda, they pushed their record up to 16-6 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Castro Valley will venture away from home to take on San Leandro at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Alameda, they will welcome Encinal at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
