Basketball Recap: Hudson's Bay Takes a Loss

Hudson's Bay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Columbia River Rapids, falling 83-43. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 57-18 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hudson's Bay's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Columbia River, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hudson's Bay will face off against Woodland at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hudson's Bay is facing Woodland at the right time seeing as Woodland is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Columbia River, they will square off against Hockinson at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Columbia River knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Hockinson likes a good challenge.
