Volleyball Recap: Guymon Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Guymon was the 2-1 winner over Chickasha when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell 2-0 to the Fighting Chicks on Saturday.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-16.

Chickasha can attribute much of their success to Ari Andrew, who had 20 digs.

Guymon's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-7. As for Chickasha, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-6.

Guymon has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Dodge City on the 9th. As for Chickasha, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Tecumseh on the 6th.
