Soccer Recap: Richwoods Takes a Loss

Richwoods came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Lockport Porters, falling 3-0. Richwoods haven't had much luck with Lockport recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Richwoods' loss dropped their record down to 12-5-3. As for Lockport, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

Richwoods has already played their next contest, a 0-0 draw against Glenbard South on the 3rd. As for Lockport, they will take on Lincoln-Way West at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lincoln-Way West will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Lockport surely won't give up without a fight.
