Football Recap: Afton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Friday just wasn't the day for Afton's offense. They were outmatched by the Ketchum Warriors and fell 47-0. The Eagles have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Ketchum found their leader in sophomore Gracian Jones, who picked up 80 receiving yards and a pair of TDs, and also rushed for 58 yards and one score. The Warriors also got a significant boost from Logan Beisley, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 84 yards.

Afton's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Ketchum, their record now sits at 3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Afton will square off against rival Summit Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Ketchum is set to challenge their familiar foe Hominy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
